Crab Sticks - A Simple CNY Snack
This simple CNY snack is gaining popularity over the years and is in fact, very easy to make.
I bought a few packets of 'Dodo' Crab sticks.
Step 1: Roll out each of the crab stick and tear them into the size you want.
Step 2: Arrange it neatly on the tray without overlapping.
Step 3: With 180 degrees, bake it for about 30 mins until it turns golden. The amount of time for it to turn golden greatly depends on how wet the crab sticks are.
